COVID-19 Information for patients
IT IS NOW MANDATORY TO WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING A MEDICAL FACILITY.
Face masks can be purchased for $3.00 from the clinic or bring your own. Here is a website with instructions to make your own: Coronavirus Resources: How to make your own cloth mask
Our priority is protecting our patients and staff to be able to keep the clinic open. To this end, we respectfully ask that all patients who have travelled internationally or interstate within the last two week or have visited any hotspots in NSW (updated daily), or patients who are experiencing respiratory conditions (shortness of breath, coughing, severe nasal congestion) or any flu like symptoms particularly a fever, aches and pains or severe headache or nausea or who have had any contact with someone who is now quarantined or who has been diagnosed with Corona Virus, please let staff know when calling to make a booking. We will then be able to organise a telephone consultation (there will still be a fee) after which the doctor may be able to organise a face-to-face consultation if required.
For patients who are immunocompromised, want to limit outside movement, fit the description above or who feel uncomfortable entering a medical facility at this time, you are now able to call reception and book a telephone consultation with your doctor on 9371 1100 or book one through appointuit.
