Booking your Pfizer vaccine
We are now able to book in Pfizer boosters for patients who are 65 plus or meet certain criteria based on being immune compromised. If it has been 4 months since you had your first booster, you will be eligible. If this is the case, please call reception to book your second booster.
Obtaining evidence of receiving the COVID-19 Vaccination
Once you’ve had your vaccine, you’ll be able to get your immunisation history statement to prove your vaccination status. You can get proof of your vaccinations to include the COVID-19 Vaccine from your Medicare immunisation history by going through myGov website , or by calling Medicare on 1800 653 809.
